It seems a bit weird to be getting excited about salt! But this crystal salt is pretty subtle tasting and gives a real zest to my cooking. Looking online I’ve also found there are loads of ways to use it, one of which is for hay fever. The solution I made with the salt has really helped to relieve the irritation in my nostrils.
