We’re always being told how we should drink more water each day, but I never really found myself able to force down litre upon litre of water – I never really found it truly thirst quenching. I decided to give Alkalark a go as I was intrigued by the idea of “living water” and “small clusters”. I couldn’t really tell the difference at first, though it did taste light in the mouth and seemed to melt away. But after a few weeks I realised how much I was enjoying the Alkalark and wanting to drink it. It’s given me a real lift.
