Application: The concentration of the salt crystal bath should be at least 1%, which roughly corresponds to the salt concentration in human body fluids. For a standard bathtub (holding capacity of about 25 gallons/ 100 liters of water, you need 1 kg (2.2 pounds) of salt.
The bath temperature should be at around 37°C / body temperature. The duration of the bath should be no less than 20 minutes. Do not shower after the salt bath only pat the skin dry and rest for half an hour.
